I use Nod32, but issues related to it are out of question, because I have disabled the web protection.Ībout 4 days ago, it just started to run very slow: after I started utorrent, as soon as I started to do something (download / upload / re-check a torrent), the program went up to 99% cpu usage, and i had to kill the process in order to be able to do anything else. ![]() NOTHING was changed: pc, os, settings, nod32 settings, utorrent version. What got me really twisted was that the problem occurred all of a sudden, out of nowhere. Not exactly the "wildest" configuration possible, I know I have an Intel Centrino 1.86 Mhz Notebook, and I use an external USB HDD (5400 rpm, only usb connection). ![]() It was basically a combination between *VERY* high cpu usage (99 % ! ) AND the disk overloaded 100% issue. ![]() I also had this problem with uTorrent 3.0.
